JDI Technologies JDI Technologies Announces Acquisition of Offspring
Technologies and Creation of GoldX Offspring Brand

Auburn Hills, MI –November 8, 2007 – JDI Technologies announced today that as a result of its earlier acquisition and integration of Offspring Technologies, JDI will be adding the brand to its GoldX products lineup. The acquisition of Offspring Technologies allows JDI to reach broader markets and expand its product offerings to college-age technology users.

“Through our acquisition of Offspring Technologies, JDI’s GoldX line of products will penetrate a wider market more effectively and generate additional revenue," said Henry Milan, president of JDI Technologies. “We will incorporate the Offspring brand under GoldX Offspring to ensure continuity with Offspring customers, this change will be seen in the first quarter of 2008.”
